Refund policy

At V Diamonds, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us - email our support team at sales@vdiamonds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive a Return Authorisation . We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the Item - Securely package your item and send it using a tracked and insured shipping method.

4. Processing & Refund - Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If the item is damaged or shows signs of wear, we may offer no refund.

(Items will be inspected under lab conditions)
