Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within  10days if they meet our Returns Policy conditions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Custom or engraved jewelry is non-refundable, unless faulty.

Our lab-grown diamonds are crafted with high-quality materials. Any manufacturing defects will be covered under our warranty policy.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and designs on this site are the property of V Diamonds and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

In any case, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
